August 18, 2006 – Mr. Julian Todd has been hired and appointed the Managing Director of SLI.
Julian will report directly to Sean Barrett, Vice President of the SPS Aero
International. Sean in turn reports to Steve Hackett, the President of the
SPS Fastener Group based in Jenkintown. PA. I had the pleasure of meeting
and interviewing Julian during my last trip to Belgium and highly
recommended him for the position vacated by Gunther Pfeiffer. Julian has
been an independent financial consultant working at SLI for several months
and we are fortunate to have him join the company.

introduces the Solid Pawl Pin, a quick release pin for extreme high load
environments such as aircraft engine mounts.

which will not rotate when connected to engine housings, gearboxes, manifolds...etc.
Ideal for high load and vibration environments.
